USPS. Estimated delivery time is

actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and

Shipping costs vary by order and are calculated at checkout based
on the items in your cart, your shipping destination, and the
selected delivery method. Any applicable shipping charges will be

8. Refunds

11. Payment Terms

Athletic Gear Hub accepts the following payment methods:

American Express. All payments are due at the time
of order placement.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize Velmoryx Group Corp
to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and
shipping, to your selected payment method. Charges will appear on
your statement as “ATHLETICGEARHUB*”.

All prices displayed on Athletic Gear Hub are in USD unless otherwise
noted. Velmoryx Group Corp reserves the right to change pricing at any time
without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have
already been confirmed.

12. Limitation of Liability and Arbitration

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velmoryx Group Corp, its
officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of
Athletic Gear Hub, including but not limited to loss of profits, data,
goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Velmoryx Group Corp and
its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities,
damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or

as a class action. You agree to waive your right to participate in
