Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). After dispatch, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the USPS tracking page. Use this to follow your package from our facility to your door. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days, contact us at [email protected].

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer and may have additional charges calculated at checkout.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping. Please note:

• Expedited and priority shipping are not available for PO Box or military addresses
• Delivery times may be longer than standard estimates
• Tracking availability may be limited for some APO/FPO deliveries

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

• Include your order number
• Attach photographs showing the packaging and product damage

We will coordinate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Yes. Standard shipping via USPS is free on qualifying orders. Expedited and priority shipping options are available at additional cost, calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
