Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs showing the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Wrong Item Received
